We test all our system BEFORE shipping.

Please report any issues within 30 days of receipt and we will replace, or repair, your ordered system without cost to you. 

Thereafter, components are subject to manufacturer's warrantee, if any.

In other words, we will replace any defective component within 30 days, and cover shipping costs; thereafter, replacement must be obtained from manufacturer and all shipping costs to and from will be charged to you, including installation fee.
